It’s the new way to wear colour, as a sheer wash of colour all the way up to the brow. The prerogative of fashion dahlings, rather than mere mortals? I think so, but - either way - it's a trend to watch and part of the bigger trend for ‘undone’ whimsical make-up techniques. I'm so excited about SS10 make-up trends!
