PAUL and JOE Face and eye colour CS 068: Pretty multipurpose little compact here, and the aesthetic behind the p&j products is so lovely. Ugly beauty products make me sad, who wants that??! There seems to be a real trend for miniature palettes at the moment,(Laura Mercier, Trish McEvoy and Bobbi Brown are doing them too). I'm a big fan of these because it's such a mission to lug loads of shadows about! I normally wear densely pigmented shadows, but these are so so beautiful I might start wearing them to balance out a bright/dark lip. If there was a Paul and Joe world (rather like a netherworld but far less creepy) I'd imagine it would be filled with beautiful, intricately carved masterpieces with mythical creatures everywhere. Something so whimsical and fun about this brand.
