PARTYPARTY: Riot here, riot now!

WAH Nails, (one in Topshop Oxford street and Kingsland Road)are having a partay with free manicures at The Alibi. I'm all over it-especially as I live 3 minutes away. SCORE.

FROM GUARDIAN:

Riot/Rude WAH Party, London

Since WAH Nails flung open its doors last summer, the collective fingertips of Hackney have been on razzling, dazzling and endlessly entertaining form. After solidifying their status as Dalston's must-see salon – especially if you want Roy Lichtenstein-style modern art "Blam" bubbles, Mexican Day of the Dead skulls or cheeky cheetah spots adorning your fingernails – WAH are now clawing their way into the clubs. The ladies behind the Kingsland Road nail bar have taken the WAH brand half a mile down the road to basement bar The Alibi for a fittingly hands-on affair. Riot/Rude is a full-on feminist explosion that fuses a hip-hop, dubstep and dancehall soundtrack with the WAH collective's three core principles of "business, education and independence". A mixture of riot grrrl attitude and rude girl sounds, you'll be able to get fanzines, mixtapes and badges at this new night, as well as free manicures.
